The 2023 NFL International Series returns to London after breaking the record for a game outside the United States when the Denver Broncos and Jacksonville Jaguars drew 86,215 fans to Wembley Stadium in October.

NFL fan and English football captain Harry Kane announced the five teams that will be there this time while standing on the pitch at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, where he usually plays for the Premier League residents of the London landmark , where games will be held again this year.

Two teams will also make their Germany debuts under a four-year deal to hold games in the country, which first hosted NFL games in 2022.

Which teams are playing in the 2023 NFL International Games?

Two playoff teams are taking part: the Jacksonville Jaguars, who have played the most games in the series with a total of nine appearances, and the Buffalo Bills, who are making their second appearance in Europe.

The Tennessee Titans are targeting a 20-19 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers in their only appearance of the series at Wembley Stadium in 2018 after their first win of the series.

The New England Patriots return to Europe for the first time since defeating the St. Louis Rams at England’s National Stadium in 2012, and the Kansas City Chiefs will make their second appearance in the series outside of Mexico, which is not a host country this year due to Working at the Estadio Azteca in Mexico City.

Both the Patriots and the Chiefs will play their home games during the 2023 NFL International Series in Germany.

When is NFL London 2023?

Although half of the teams that will participate in the 2023 NFL London Series have already been announced, the dates for those games are still unknown.

With Super Bowl LVII scheduled to take place in just a few weeks to wrap up the 2022 season, fans in London will know the dates for the games when the full 2023 schedule is released by the NFL.

Last season, all three regular-season games in London took place throughout October.

Where is NFL London?

Wembley Stadium and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium will be the two venues for the 2023 NFL London Series.

There is already confirmation that both Buffalo and Tennessee will play at the home of Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur, while the Jacksonville Jaguars will return to Wembley Stadium after last season’s success.

When is NFL Germany 2023?

Similar to the NFL London series, it is not yet known when the two regular season matches that are scheduled to take place in Germany in 2023 will actually take place.

Last season, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Seattle Seahawks met in the nation’s first NFL regular-season game in early November 2022. 69,811 fans attended the sold-out game in FC Bayern Munich’s Allianz Arena.

Given that the London Series typically follows the same time frame each season, it’s likely that the two NFL games played in Germany this season will also fall in the October and November 2023 window.

Where is NFL Germany?

While it’s known that the Patriots and Chiefs are the designated home teams for the two games that will be played in Germany in 2023, no locations are set in stone just yet.

Initial branding for the games seems to indicate that one of the two games will take place in Frankfurt.

The other is likely to return to Munich after the mass success of last season’s sell-out duel between the Bucs and Seahawks.

How to buy tickets for NFL London and Germany

No major ticket news has been announced for the 2023 NFL International Series.

Currently, those interested in purchasing tickets to any of the events must register their interest with the NFL.

It is important to complete this phase as fans without registration of interest will not be able to purchase tickets when they go on sale after the 2022 NFL season concludes.
