The 2022 FIFA World Cup is officially underway and the stakes are already high.
So far we’ve seen Ecuador beat hosts Qatar 2-0 in Monday’s World Cup opener, followed by England’s 6-2 win over Iran. Shortly after, we saw the Netherlands beat Senegal 2-0 and the USMNT draw with Wales after an eight-year World Cup drought for the Stars and Stripes.
There’s still a lot more excitement to come, so let’s start with what games are coming next. Here’s everything happening today, Tuesday 22nd November, at the 2022 FIFA World Cup:
In the first game of the day, Argentina and Saudi Arabia will debut in Group C. The two nations will face off at 5 p.m. ET.
In the second game of the day, Denmark and Tunisia meet Group D at 8am ET.
In the third game, Mexico and Poland will meet a Group C clash at 11:00 a.m. ET.
Finally, the fourth and final game of the day at 2pm ET will see France and Australia make their debuts. Group D will miss Frances’ Karim Benzema, who announced just before the tournament that he will be absent with a hamstring injury.
