Ravens Fans Across the Country Will Be Able to Watch Games on YouTube

Beginning next season, Ravens fans living across the United States will be able to watch their favorite team play each week.

The NFL announced last week that all out of print NFL games will be available on Sunday afternoons on YouTube TV and YouTube Primetime Channels.

It’s a multi-year agreement with Google that grants the two YouTube subscription models exclusivity to distribute NFL Sunday Ticket to consumers in the United States.

“We are excited to bring NFL Sunday Ticket to YouTube TV and YouTube Primetime Channels, ushering in a new era in how fans across the United States watch and follow the NFL,” said NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell. “For a number of years we have focused on increasing digital distribution of our games and this partnership is another example of how we look to the future and build the next generation of NFL fans.”

So far, fans have only been able to subscribe to the NFL Sunday Ticket via DIRECTV. Now YouTube is making the game accessible to everyone. It will be an add-on package on YouTubeTV and a standalone a la carte option on YouTube Primetime channels.

The NFL and Google have been partners since the league first launched its official NFL channel on YouTube in 2015. Since then, the NFL YouTube channel has grown to more than 10 million subscribers.

The NFL is the most popular live television content across all sports and entertainment sectors. For the past five years, 49 of the top 50 and 92 of the top 100 most-watched programs on US television have been NFL games.

Now Ravens fans living across the US can make sure they don’t miss out.
