The thermostat is stuck in the open position. You might have a fused wire going to the instrument cluster if you dont have a separate gauge. Look under the lid for the fuse box.

The other gauges work fine. The temperature sensor on the engine block is broken. Unlikely that they would come off the same fuse since the ciggy lighter is powered with the key in the accessories position. but the instrumentation is powered when the ignition is on.
