One of the reasons why dash lights stay on after key is removed includes a short in the control module for the lights. That just causes the instrument lights to stay on all the time.

So i took the gauge cluster out inspect the wires behind there all seem to be intact hooked cluster back up lights still on then thought this wire tapped into the the headlight switch harness might be the culprit so i cut it nope still remain on

So What I Did Was Find A Wire Coming Off The Headlight Switch That Was Hot When On And Ran A Jumper Wire To The Fuse Block.
