Turned Out The Instrument Cluster Had To Be Sent Out And Replaced.
You can check the wires coming out of the back of the gauge. one will run to a chassis ground. Turn the ignition on and off a few times. and watch the needle on the fuel gauge to see if it moves. A simple little flip with my screwdriver….and the needle is back in it’s correct location.
