What are the CrossFit Games?
The CrossFit Games are the ultimate test to find the fittest man and woman alive. A tradition that began 15 years ago is now attended by fans from around the world and streamed on networks like ESPN and CBS. Athletes train year-round for events that are only announced upon their arrival. Events may include long-distance swims and runs, obstacle courses, powerlifting, and rope climbing.
There are four phases in The Games before the athlete can be crowned the strongest. Athletes can compete individually or as a team, and anyone over the age of 14 can register for The Games. You can learn more by visiting their website.

In the Morning Chalk Up article, CrossFit issued a statement saying they are not commenting on potential venues for the Games at this time.
Below is the explanation.
“At this time we are not commenting on potential locations for 2024 and beyond. Once the 2023 season announcement is complete, we can confirm future locations before the end of this year.”

The CrossFit Games are currently taking place in Madison, Wisconsin – with an average of 55,000 participants. The economic impact of the games is approximately $12 million.
