Curried Chickpeas and Okra

This is a great, inexpensive vegan dish. Since just about all of the main ingredients are canned or frozen, it is a great option for those times when you just couldn’t make it to the grocery store. Enjoy with some brown rice and garnished with fresh cilantro.

Tandoori Style Chicken Skewers with Coconut Cilantro Sauce
