What a pretty and colourful plate!
The lentil kibbeh looks tasty and sounds intriguing; I am looking forward to the recipe.

I had previously made your recipe for Cran-Apple Cornbread (which is delicious, by the way), and also thought of using it as a base for dressing. I made a cornbread-wild rice dressing with toasted pecans and dried cranberries. It was a hit with my gluten-sensitive mother-in-law, and others that tried it, including my husband, loved it as well. Thanks!
Looks like a fabulous meal, Beth! Love your super “clean” and simple blog look.

Lentil Kibbeh sounds pretty darned good. I’ll be checking back, as we have a big supply of lentils in the pantry right now.
